How was Chicken Tikka Masala created?

At Ali’s restaurant, the chicken tikka masala recipe was created. While serving Chicken Tikka one day, his customer requested extra sauce because the dish was a little dry.

He decided that the chicken ought to be cooked with some sauce. So he continued to prepare chicken tikka with a sauce made of yogurt, cream, and spices. It’s a dish made to the customer’s preferences. They typically don’t tolerate hot curry, so he makes it with yogurt and cream.

In addition to being the most popular, chicken tikka masala is now regarded as a true British national delicacy since it perfectly demonstrates how Britain absorbs and adopts foreign influences.
