Tony Hudgell biological parents abused him.
We have often heard of cases of abuse. People abuse each other, but it is a little surprising that people are abusing children, which causes severe damage to children.
Can you think that parents are abusing their children? We have heard cases where a neighbour, caretaker, or some other person tortures children, but there are cases in which parents are torturing their children. The same case is of Tony Hudgell, who lost both legs due to abuse by his biological parents.
It is the worst case of child cruelty. These cases often led us to think about how a person can be so heartless that he could treat his child like this.

The biological parents of Tony are Jody Simpson and Tony Smith, and now they were sentenced to jail for approx ten years for torturing a child. Tony is from West Malling, and he had amputated legs after being abused by his parents.
In 2014 he was rushed to the hospital because his multiple organs failed; there were numerous fractures and sepsis when he was just 41 days old after being abused by his parents.
New law named after this incident in the name of Tony:-
After coming from the hospital, he was adopted by Paula and Mark Hudgell, who protested against child abusers and demanded long-term jail for such people.
And with a lot of effort, they succeed, and Tony’s law comes into force which is made for child abusers; it is named after seven-year-old boy Tony, who is tortured and abused by his parents; according to this law, child abusers will face long-term jail. And this new law was introduced by the efforts of Tony’s adoptive parents.
