According to the medical state crime lab, a certified medical examiner can require up to eight weeks to arrive.

Neal admitted that he had resumed drinking after becoming disoriented while watching “The Voice.” “You are aware of it. I am able to perceive it.” Neal was raised in East Tennessee despite having been born in Nashville.
