Shelby Scott was born in 1935 on 17th November in Seattle, Washington, United States. Her parent’s and siblings’ names are not known. She was 86 years old. She completed her schooling at Seattle’s Franklin High School and graduated from the college of University of Washington’s School of Communication. Currently, she is staying in Tucson, Arizona, United States. KIRO-TV is the platform for her where Shelby began her professional career.
In KIRO- TV, she was the traffic manager. Later she was hired by WBZ in 1965; she hosted the noon news and became the first female lady to host with Gail Harris. Shelby Scott was also the broadcaster and former President of AFTRA (American Federation and Radio Artists).In the year 1996, she retired from her anchoring career.
