What did Kenneth Bianchi do?

Kenneth Bianchi was a killer who had strangled and killed more than 10 people in the U.S. Kenneth wasn’t always like this; there was a reason behind his behavior—after getting arrested, Kenneth claimed that he had dissociative identity disorder. His other personalities were responsible for these horrific crimes. He was arrested on 12th January 1979 by the Bellingham police for murdering two students of Washington University. These two victims were Karen L. Mandic and Diane A. Wilder During the further investigation, police found out that he had tortured and murdered 10 more people before getting arrested. 

The entire story of how Kenneth attempted these horrific crimes was televised on a show called ‘The Hillside Strangler’ on 30th May 2022. Kenneth wanted to become a police officer, for which he moved to another state, but his plan did not succeed.

Where is Kenneth Bianchi now?

He committed all the crimes with his cousin Angelo Anthony Buono. At first, he claimed that his other personalities committed this crime, but later, he took charge of the two murders. After his claims of being mentally ill, the psychiatric team examined his health and claimed that he was mentally fit to attend trials. After it became clear that he was mentally fit, the judge continued the further trial. 

Kenneth is currently imprisoned at Washington State Penitentiary in Walla Walla. He was charged with jail imprisonment of 116.5 years by the Washington State Board of Prison Terms and Paroles. He can not be paroled till 2059. If he receives Parole, he will be remanded to the State of California by any chance. In short, Kenneth Bianchi has been sentenced to a lifetime of jail imprisonment.
