A 16-year-Old teen, Ronan Kanda Has been identified as the victim in the Wolverhampton stabbing case, know the details
In Wolverhampton, a man and two boys have been accused of killing a teenager who was “kind-hearted and loving.”
Following a knife attack just before 9 o’clock on Wednesday, 16-year-old Ronan Kanda passed away there. His two stabbings on Mount Road in Lanesfield were discovered during a post-mortem examination. On Monday, Wolverhampton Magistrates’ Court will hear the cases of Josiah Francis, 20, of Birmingham, and two 16-year-old boys who cannot be named for legal reasons. A 15-year-old child and an 18-year-old man who were both detained on murder suspicion were freed on bail.
None of the defendants filed pleas, and Francis didn’t ask for bail either. Francis was informed by District Judge Michael Wheeler that he had been charged with murder and blade possession. The Crown Court hears murder trials. “I can keep you in detention until they hear your case on Wednesday,” the judge said. The two minors were also placed in juvenile jail until July 6, when Wolverhampton Crown Court is scheduled to hear the case.
Det Insp Ade George stated that the inquiry was “making good progress” but he urged anyone who was driving nearby at the time to get in touch with the police. The dash cam film may provide us with crucial evidence, he said. “We know that there were automobiles driving on the road in the seconds before the incident.”
Tributes paid to the 16-year-old teen Ronan Kanda:
The loss of Ronan has broken the hearts of his family, who have paid tribute to him.
“Ronan was a 16-year-old who was compassionate, caring, and kind-hearted.” The representative for the family added, “Our son and a brother who would do anything for anyone.” He had a humorous personality and made everyone around him laugh. Our hearts are torn as he is cruelly taken from us.
“Now, let’s all pray for his soul,” they said. You are our son and my sibling, and we will always adore you. You are now a part of us.
